Cleaning and Care
- Do not expose the tiles to heat; store them in a cool, dry place.
- Gently wipe with a soft cloth—do not wash or submerge in water.
- These tiles are intended for Mahjong play or display only.
- While they are made to be durable, we recommend shuffling them by hand to ensure long-lasting quality.

Return & Refund Policy
We hope you love your order. If you need to make a return, please contact us within 5 days of delivery. Eligible returns must be received by our studio within 10 days of delivery.
For tile orders, all items must be unopened and in their original condition, with the shrink wrap fully intact. Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that opened or used tiles are not eligible for return. Custom orders and sale items are considered final sale and cannot be returned.
If your order arrives with an issue or your tiles are not as expected, please reach out to our team within 5 days of delivery at contact@kimberlyrobertsstudio.com. We are always happy to assist and will do our best to make things right.
Preorder Policy: If you wish to cancel a pre-order, please contact us before your item ships. Because tiles are placed into production immediately upon receipt of your order, pre-order cancellations are subject to a 5% cancellation fee, which helps cover production and credit card transaction fees.
