Shipping & Returns
All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from the United States.

Processing Times
- In-stock items: Typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Pre-orders: Estimated processing times are listed on each product page.
- Custom and made-to-order items: We’ll communicate the timeline after your order or request is confirmed.

You’ll receive an email with tracking information when your order ships. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery dates are estimates; carrier delays, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances may affect arrival.

International Orders
International shipping availability and rates are shown at checkout. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country.

Returns & Exchanges
For orders placed after September 25, 2026, we accept returns of unopened Mahjong tiles within 5 business days of delivery. Please contact us within that period to request the return shipping address before sending your tiles back.

For other items, sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or defective, or you receive the wrong item. If there’s a problem with your order, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a brief description, and photos if applicable. Approved claims will be resolved with a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Custom or commissioned work, made-to-order items, digital products, sale or clearance items, and gift cards are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Cancellations and Delivery Issues
Orders cannot be canceled once processed or shipped. Custom orders cannot be canceled once work has begun.

If a package is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, please contact the carrier using your tracking information. Kimberly Roberts Studio is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after the carrier marks them as delivered.
